This thermometer is a non contact infrared thermometer fitted with a stainless steel probe
Simply aim the thermometer at the target and press the Scan button, to display the surface temperature.
When using the probe, insert into item to be checked for temperature and press the Probe button, temperature will be displayed for up to 4 minutes
A HACCP check feature has been incorporated into the unit to indicate critical temperature zones
